The dial on this King Seiko had been baked into a wonderful patina of pinks and blacks. The problem it had was that the shadow of the hands left an unsightly white space. I used the Samurai design to paint over the 'scars' and then a minimalist village and mountain design to allow as much of the negative space on the dial to peek through.
